On 27 June 2022, Zhejiang Zhongxin Fluoride Materials Co., Ltd. (002915.SZ) signed the agreement regarding the acquisition of 51% equity interest in Jiangxi Artsen Chemical with a total consideration of RMB 357 million, and the transaction was announced by the company accordingly. 

LUO Xiaoyang, MENG Lingqi and DU Liping of Grandall Beijing Office have provided legal services for the case, including due diligence, feasibility study of the acquisition proposal, drafting and review of legal documents, and business negotiations.
