On 1 December 2021, the application for IPO and listing on ChiNext Market filed by Xiamen Voke Mold & Plastic Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Voke”) was registered at CSRC and approved by the Listing Committee of ChiNext Market on 15 July 2021.  Grandall Shanghai Office has been retained as the legal counsel for this IPO project with SUN Li and QIAO Yinqiang as key lawyers serving the case.

Established in 2005, Voke is a high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development and manufacturing of various complex and precise plastic molds and products with a worldwide customer coverage, such as Intretech and Commscope in the electronics industry, Joyson Electronics, Dr. Schneider Holding GMBH and Alfmeier in the automotive industry, IKEA, Bugaboo Group and Velux Group in the household industry, and Chenbei Group and Lidl Group in the health appliance industry, etc.  The company intends to raise RMB 775,000,000 to invest in its intelligent molded plastic technology park and related projects.
