On 21 September 2015, Xi'an Huatong New Energy Shares Co., Ltd. (code: 833403) was successfully listed on NEEQ, and Grandall Beijing Officer rendered professional services.

As founded in July, 1999, Huatong New Energy mainly engages in research, development, promotion and utilization of green energy and environmental technologies and other energy-related business.

Grandall Beijing Office has been retained as special counsel of the project, with Mr. Cheng Xianquan and Mr. Guo Xu being key lawyers serving the case.
