In the end of March 2020, the application for public issue of convertible corporate bonds by Shanghai Xuerong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Xuerong Biotechnology”) was passed and approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.  Grandall Shanghai Office provided legal service for Xuerong Biotechnology in this project.

Xuerong Biotechnology, the issuer, is a company listed on the growth enterprise market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (300511.SZ).  Grandall Shanghai Office has been retained as the legal advisor of the issuer with Mr. GUAN Jianjun, Mr. YU Lei, and Ms. ZHAO Yuan being key lawyers servicing the case.
