In January 2020, Tianjin Municipal People's Government and the Tianjin Municipal Finance Bureau issued the 2nd batch of Tianjin Municipal Government Special Bonds of 2020.  Grandall Tianjin provided legal services for the infrastructure construction projects of Northern New Area in 2020.  The special bonds to be issued under this project amount to RMB 1 billion.  Tianjin Expressway Group Co., Ltd. was responsible for the construction of this project.
