On 2 July, the application filed by Juneyao Dairy for initial public offering was passed and approved by the Issuance and Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission.

As established in August 1998, the company is one of the earliest domestic enterprises to develop and produce long-acting sterilized milk with plastic bottles.  Its main business covers research and development, production and sales of normal temperature lactobacillus series of beverages and other series of healthy beverages.
