Recently, Yunnan Investment Group consummated its acquisition of 100% of equity in Sino-Precious Metals Holding Co., Ltd. (“Sino-Precious Metals”) held by Yunnan Tin Group (Holding) Co., Ltd., and thus it indirectly acquired 39.64% of equity in Sino-Platinum Metals Co., Ltd. (600459.SH).
