On 22 March 2021, the application for non-public offering filed by Zhejiang Zhongxin Fluoride Materials Co., Ltd. (002915.SZ, “Zhejiang Zhongxin”) dated 15 January 2021 was passed and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).  Grandall Beijing Office acted as the issuer’s counsel in this non-public offering with Mr. LUO Xiaoyang, Mr. MENG Lingqi and Ms. DU Liping as key lawyers serving the case.

Zhejiang Zhongxin is a high-tech enterprise listed in State Torch Plan and mainly engaged in research, manufacturing and selling of fluorine fine chemicals.
