As part of the series of events for “2025 Shanghai Arbitration Week”, the Grandall & Appleby Sub-Forum, themed The Way of Arbitration for Capital Market Disputes – From Dual Perspectives of Onshore and Offshore was successfully held at the Grandall Shanghai Office on 11 November 2025. The subform was hosted by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, Council for the Promotion of International Trade Shanghai (CPIT Shanghai) and Shanghai Arbitration Association (SAA), and organized by the Financial Research Committee of the SAA, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai) and Appleby.
